This job posting is for an active and ongoing vacancy. We are seeking a Prime Services BA requirementwith 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in Investment Banking or Capital Markets .The work location will be Toronto ,Candidates are expected to work onsite three days per week .

We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong Prime Services / Prime Brokerage domain expertise to support business growth initiatives, regulatory change programs, and platform modernization efforts. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing hedge fund servicing capabilities, optimizing trade lifecycle processes, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration across business and technology teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience within Investment Banking or Capital Markets .

Solid domain knowledge of Prime Brokerage / Prime Services .

Solid understanding of hedge fund operations , financing structures, and related business processes.

Experience with margin management, collateral management, securities lending, and financing products .

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Proven experience collaborating across Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office functions.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and requirements-gathering capabilities.

The pay range for this role is $115,000 to $120,000 CAD per annum (max) including any bonuses or variable pay. The exact offer terms will depend on the skill level, educational qualifications, experience, and location of the candidate.
