In this vital position within Children and Family Services, you will spearhead the Child Intervention Delivery division. You will oversee services for children and youth who may be at risk of abuse or neglect while collaborating with Indigenous leaders, community agencies, and various governmental bodies. Your mission will be to coordinate and enhance child intervention services across the province effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Child Intervention Delivery division effectively.
• Engage with Indigenous and community leaders regularly.
• Ensure services are responsive to client needs.
• Oversee financial management and staffing.
• Cultivate a collaborative and creative work culture.
Requirements:
• Proven executive leadership experience in complex environments.
• Solid record of budget management.
• Degree in Social Work, Human Services or related fields preferred.
• Experience with the Child, Youth and Family Enhancement Act is beneficial.
• Strong commitment to public service values and principles.
