You will work closely with Regional EHS Coordinators to ensure adherence to EHS policies and local regulations. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and standardize EHS frameworks compliant with aviation risks

• Monitor compliance with EHS regulations and performance trends
• Conduct audits and facilitate corrective actions for EHS events
• Coordinate safety training and competency programs for teams

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required
• 10+ years EHS experience in aviation or operational environments
• Solid command of EHS regulatory frameworks
• Adept at leading teams in a matrixed environment
• Excellent reporting and analysis skills
