Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain stock and organization of lab ingredients
• Implement shelf-life testing and manage sample evaluations
• Support R&D; scientists in report production
• Produce accurate benchtop samples for testing
• Track procurement orders for R&D; operations

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Science-related education is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office tools and SharePoint
• Familiarity with food R&D; processes is an asset
• Strong organizational and communication skills
