Dillon is seeking a passionate Civil Land Development Engineer to join our Land Development Business Unit. This role emphasizes project management and engineering design activities, including but not limited to earthworks, sewer design, and utility coordination. You will work with diverse teams and stakeholders to ensure project success while guiding junior staff during their development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project management for land development initiatives
• Prepare and coordinate detailed civil site designs




• Manage client communications and budgetary considerations
• Ensure quality assurance on engineering activities
• Mentor junior engineers and assist in their training

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• 5-10 years of project management experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is an asset
• Knowledge of Stormwater Management practices
• Excellent communication and report writing skills
