Shape the Future of Materials. role overview PROCESS OPERATOR – 24/7 SCHEDULE Job Summary Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the position holder is responsible for operating plasma systems and auxiliary equipment. As a member of Tekna’s production team, they will actively take part in the following activities:
Responsabilities Operate plasma systems;
Operate auxiliary metal powder processing equipment;
Perform various material handling tasks using equipment such as overhead cranes, forklifts, etc.;
Perform tasks dedicated to quality control and process management;
Participate in improving products, procedures, and work methods;
Bottle and prepare finished products for shipment;
Maintain a clean and safe work environment;




Comply with prescribed health and safety rules;
Take part in equipment maintenance and upkeep, as well as plant cleaning;
Participate in any other related tasks.
Qualifications Relevant work experience in an industrial setting;
Ability to work independently;
Versatile, rigorous, with a strong sense of initiative and valuable analytical skills;
Comfortable with office software (Office suite).
Work Conditions 24/7 cycle schedule with 12-hour shifts (13 twelve-hour shifts per month)
Salary: Hourly rate: $23.93 24/7, hourly premium: $4.00/hour
