Our client is looking for a Project / Campaign Manager to join their team.

This will be for 12+ months, 3x per week in office in Downtown Toronto.

You will be focusing on owning the end-to-end delivery of client advertising packages and branded experiences, from post-sale handoff through launch and completion.

You will be working across clients, agencies, creators, vendors, and internal teams, you'll ensure campaigns, activations, and events are executed on time, on brief, and to the highest standard.

What You'll Do

Campaign & Program Delivery

- Manage campaign execution from post-sale handoff through launch and completion
- Own timelines, project plans, milestones, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate asset collection, approvals, and quality control
- Identify risks early and proactively solve delivery challenges

Experiential & Event Execution

- Lead the planning and execution of creator events, sponsorship programs, activations, and tentpole experiences
- Coordinate agencies, production vendors, venue partners, and internal stakeholders
- Develop run-of-shows,



workback schedules, and project briefs
- Lead in office execution from setup through wrap-up

Stakeholder Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, agencies, vendors, and internal teams
- Lead status meetings and cross-functional alignment sessions
- Ensure stakeholders have the information and support needed to keep projects moving efficiently
- Connect campaign initiatives with platform opportunities, including creator partnerships, content, and social activations

What You'll Bring

- 3+ years of experience in campaign delivery, project management, experiential marketing, events, or client services
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and complex timelines
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and solve problems proactively
