We are seeking part time Shift Leaders who are mature, responsible, and dedicated to enhancing our team at Canna Cabana. You will oversee the store in the absence of higher management, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer experiences. Your leadership will guide staff in achieving sales objectives and maintaining store standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance to store associates on shift
• Handle customer complaints and resolutions
• Ensure the store meets established standards
• Assist in managing sales and customer service objectives
• Oversee inventory management processes
Requirements:
• Valid CannSell certification is mandatory
• At least 2 years of retail experience preferred
• Proven sales orientation with excellent service skills
• Background check completion required
