As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead the technical operations of Greystar’s properties, overseeing maintenance teams and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. You’ll conduct inspections, manage work orders, and maintain community aesthetics while fostering customer satisfaction. If you have solid leadership experience, this role is central to our mission of high-quality property management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee work orders from resident service requests
• Prepare vacant apartments for leasing and move-ins




• Maintain community cleanliness and aesthetic standards
• Inspect contractor and service provider work
• Conduct monthly preventative maintenance procedures
Requirements:
• 10 years of relevant maintenance experience
• EPA certifications Type I, II, or Universal required
• Leadership experience in the real estate industry
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Valid driver’s license for property operations
