CaretakerOrganization:Ontario Provincial Police (OPP)Location:Napanee, Lennox & Addington County, East RegionJob Term:PermanentSalary:$30.15 - $32.03 per hourOverviewProvide cleaning and maintenance services for grounds, interior and exterior of buildings and vehicles; arrange building and vehicle repairs; perform basic repairs and maintenance of operating systems, furniture, and equipment.ResponsibilitiesClean and maintain grounds, buildings and vehicles.Arrange for building and vehicle repairs and services.Perform basic maintenance of operating systems, furniture and equipment.Perform vehicle maintenance checks to ensure operational status.Identify maintenance needs and determine if external contractors are required.Prioritize tasks and schedule work efficiently.Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies.QualificationsPass OPP background/security investigation.Valid Class G driver’s licence.Knowledge of vehicle maintenance guidelines and building operations.Knowledge of general cleaning techniques,
