A stable night shift schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Your Role:
As aProduction Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of 10 to 15 hourly employees on the night shift, ensuring safe operations, achieving production targets, maintaining quality standards, and developing employees.
Your scope includes:
Lead, coach, and support a team while fostering accountability, engagement, and employee development
Promote and champion a solid safety culture through active participation, coaching, and compliance with health and safety standards
Oversee production activities across two production lines to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Monitor production performance, quality, productivity, and efficiency while implementing corrective actions when needed
Support employee training, performance management, attendance management, and ongoing development initiatives
Collaborate with production, shipping, maintenance,
and leadership teams to ensure seamless communication and operations across shifts
Complete production reporting and administrative activities while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and plant objectives
What you bring
You're a natural fit for Production Supervisor if you have:
At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
A minimum of 2 years of supervisory or people leadership experience
A demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety and the ability to promote a safety-first culture
Strong coaching, communication, conflict management, decision‑making, and accountability skills
The ability to develop, support, and motivate employees while driving operational results
Experience managing production targets, operational priorities, and day‑to‑day manufacturing activities
Packaging, paper, or corrugated manufacturing experience is considered an asset
Experience with Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, JHSC participation, SAP, or AMTECH are considered an asset
