As a Senior Risk Manager, you will be the primary Value Protection partner for approximately 150 hospitals. Your role encompasses occupational health and safety, regulatory compliance, and investigations. You will collaborate with leadership to implement risk management and safety programs tailored to a decentralized veterinary healthcare workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the field-based partner for operational leadership
• Conduct risk assessments and operational reviews at hospitals
• Establish and monitor corrective-action plans for incidents




• Lead investigations into safety and compliance concerns
• Develop tools and training for improved safety execution

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management or related field
• Minimum 8 years of multi-site risk management experience
• Professional certification preferred (CRSP, ARM, etc.)
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting systems
• Ability to travel up to 50% across Canada
