The Digital Design and Delivery division seeks a skilled Development Manager responsible for overseeing a team of Digital Architects and Full Stack Developers. You will provide strategic architectural direction while managing hands-on software delivery across multidisciplinary teams. Your role is integral in ensuring that digital solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with government standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of developers and architects
• Oversee design, development, and deployment of secure digital solutions
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled architectural practices
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and coding standards
• Partner with stakeholders to create strategic technology roadmaps
Requirements:
