Certified Ski or Snowboard Instructor, Level 4– CSIA/PSIC/CASI/CADS Level 4 or Canadian Equivalent
Start Date: These positions will start on approximately November 25 2026
Term of employment: Seasonal Full Time Business Mailing Address: 4545 Blackcomb Way Whistler BC V8E 0X9
Rate of Pay will be between $33.80 - $40.00 / hourdepending on certification and experience
Job Summary:
Experience the best office in the world teaching skiing and snowboarding to guests of all ages.



As a highly certified Professional Instructor you will deliver high quality ski/snowboard instruction to groups and individuals, providing world class guest service in a secure and fun learning environment.

Job Specifications:

Starting Wage: $27.00/hr - $60.06/hr

Pay range reflects minimum base wages; instructors may have opportunities to earn more with additional teaching incentives

Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027.

Shift Type: Full Time hours available. For Full-Time Instructors, a 40-hour workweek is not guaranteed. Scheduled hours will vary depending on business volume.

Minimum Age: At least 16 years of age

Housing Availability: Yes

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise a group of children, adults or families for the day on Whistler or Blackcomb Mountain, in a variety of activities including instructional skiing, skier safety, lunch, special events and to accept all duties as assigned by the Program Supervisor.

Lead guests into a variety of advanced terrain

Develop advance skiers and riders to reach their next level goals

Work with advanced season long programs, and athlete development

Lead sessions, and Instructor development programs

Follow the guidelines and safety rules as outline in our Safety Manual

Be responsible for your safety and the safety of the guests

Act as the prudent parent in the absence of the child’s parent

Attend all mandatory training sessions

Be familiar with all Snow School programs, prices and lesson times





We are a company that works together and throughout the season you may be required to assist in other departments as needed

Job Requirements:

Level 4 CSIA, PSIC, CASI, CADS or Canadian equivalent is essential

Fluent in multiple languages is an asset

Experience working with Children and Families is essential.

Experience teaching advanced lessons

Experience training level 1 and 2 Instructors

Patience and ability to have lots of fun

Good verbal and written communication skills

Reliable and committed to working
