VHA Home HealthCare seeks a Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse to support its Palliative Care Program in Durham North. This Visiting Nurse role requires a valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable vehicle for community travel.
The RN/RPN will provide home nursing and end-of-life care, collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, PSWs, and care coordinators, and ensure high-quality, client-centered care.
