Capstone is seeking a Finance Lead to manage the financial activities of the corporation. As a pivotal member of the Finance team, you will oversee consolidated financial statement processes, lead quarterly reporting, and manage external audits. Collaboration with asset managers and project teams is vital for effective supervision of financial controls and reporting accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial reports
• Liaise with auditors and lead the audit coordination
• Ensure compliance with debt covenants and reporting requirements
• Manage technical accounting issues and position papers
• Supervise and develop direct reports in finance
Requirements:
• 1 to 5 years working in public accounting or finance
• Familiarity with IFRS and ASPE reporting
• Experience with financial instruments and consolidations
• Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
• Project management experience in financial reporting
