Key Responsibilities:
• Extend and improve features in a Rails monolith
• Implement front-end behaviors using Hotwire
• Design a robust content management system
• Build resilient third-party API integrations
• Conduct performance optimizations for high traffic

Requirements:
• 5+ years building Ruby on Rails applications
• Familiar with Hotwire for interactive features
