We're seeking a skilled Journeyman Carpenter, or a seasoned carpenter handyman, with strong finishing expertise and the skills to carry a residential build from rough-in through to quality finishing work. If you take pride in your craft and want to work where quality matters, this is your team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Contribute to all phases of residential framing: walls, floors, roofs, stairs, and engineered systems

Perform quality finish carpentry: trim, doors, windows, millwork, and cabinetry

Work with high-performance building envelope details, air sealing, and energy-efficient systems

Read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings,



and construction documents

Collaborate with trades, mentor apprentices, and maintain a safe and organized job site

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Journeyman Carpenter certification (Red Seal or similar): strongly preferred

Solid finishing skills: trim, doors, windows, and millwork

Proven framing expertise

Ability to read blueprints and construction documents

Own tools, valid driver's license, reliable transportation

Robust communicator, team player, and self-starter

NICE TO HAVE

High-performance, Net Zero, or energy-efficient construction experience

Knowledge of building envelope details and ENERGY STAR or R-2000 standards

Advanced framing and custom home building experience
