Key Responsibilities:
• Lead property and lease operations ensuring regulatory compliance
• Manage lease negotiations, agreements, and renewals
• Develop and oversee facility operation budgets




• Maintain vendor and contractor relationships for service delivery
• Prepare accurate documentation and reporting

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years managing commercial leasing and property teams
• Hold a valid property management license
• Comprehensive knowledge of governing legislation
• Proven skills in resolving real estate disputes
