Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor underwriting teammates, providing sign-off where applicable
• Review internal underwriting referrals for new and renewal business




• Identify trends to inform strategic recommendations
• Develop technical training for teams and brokers
• Coordinate product development with underwriting executives

Requirements:
• 10+ years in commercial insurance experience
• Level 1 General Insurance license preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to handle high-pressure decision-making
