How you will contribute You will:
Support Project Development / Execution: Support I2M/IIM (Innovation 2 Market; Initiative Management) within thesite;Provide site AR write ups & prepare critical site inputs to the Regional BD, specifically for IIM DesignReviews (DR2 – DR6); Leads Project Verification (DR7); Design Reviews (DR4) onward lead Plant activities:Master data, Art Work, Raw/Pack Material availability, Track timings – and report to project team. Act asthe source of internal and external information (contact for Commercial stakeholders and is the keyinterface between Category and Engineering / Manufacturing / R&D;).Lead site post project evaluationand communication, planning and execution of promotional activities within the I2M process
Support Site Strategic Plan / Annual Contract creation: Support the site director in developing the site strategy andplant road map. Be the key partner for Product Supply team on sourcing/capacity expansion – ensure fullintegration of Innovation/Renovation plans in 421 into site supply plans. Partner effectively withEngineering to build the site CAPEX budget. Ensure planning of the capital budget bottom up, includingprioritization (i.e. integration with the full site agenda, specifically alignment of the annual timetable)
Drive Ongoing business and Simplification: Integrate overall site change management agenda to ensuredelivery of projects while maintaining service levels. Manage ongoing reprioritization, De-complexityagenda and support the delivery of the site productivity and improvement agenda. Ensure execution ofregional /global menu cards and ensure that manufacturing hurdle rates are met.Support Product supplyfor assessment of manufacturing solutions for current supply and demand gaps in the site
Lead, coach and build Capability of the Business development change coordinator(s) within the plant andother Key stakeholders.

More about this role The BD Manager is responsible for leading large-scale projects within the assigned category or brand, and interfaces with cross-functional partners at all levels of the organization, including brand stewards in Marketing, R&D;, and Finance, technical and execution resources in Engineering and field operations, and senior leadership.
Job specific requirements: Assess feasibility of projects starting from Innovation Charter to Project Development phase, accountable throughout the project lifecycle (First Production Approval / startup)
Develop and manage detailed commercialization plans, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with functional leads
Ensure execution support as needed (hand-off to PCMs for projects with clear scope) and driving /complex initiatives
Leads Mondelez Supply Chain (MSC) network strategy to deliver growth agenda, cost including partner with marketing on commercial strategy
Leads business case and AR development for future investments (i.e., capability, capacity expansion, etc.)
Acts as MSC SPOC (Project & Interventions) for cross functional teams (commercial, procurement, R&D;, Sales, marketing, cat planning etc.).Manage communication with cross-functional partners and key stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and timely decision-making throughout the project lifecycle
Execute sourcing BCPs / ALQs to ensure supply continuity

Salary and Benefits: The expected base salary range for this position is $102,600 to $128,250 CAD depending on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in a highly competitive bonus program with a target of 14% with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.Mondelez also offers several generous employee benefits (some subsidized or fully paid for by the company), including health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, and enhanced vacation and holiday entitlements.AI may be used as part of the recruitment process and in accordance with local laws.This posting is for a current vacancy.No Relocation support available
