Forbes Bros. seeks a Logistics Material Coordinator for a major transmission construction project in the North Central U.S. Play a critical role in managing materials to support timely project execution.

This site-based position requires coordinating the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials essential for large-scale construction efforts. Working closely with Construction and Quality Coordinators, you will ensure all materials are compliant and aligned with project schedules utilizing established Supply Chain Management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage receipt, handling, and storage of project materials
• Identify and resolve shortages or misallocations proactively
• Support adherence to material traceability and compliance documentation




• Collaborate with vendors for timely deliveries and communication
• Provide frequent material status updates to the project team

Requirements:
• High School Diploma; Materials Management certification is a plus
• 3–5 years in logistics or materials coordination
• Experience with large infrastructure projects preferred
• Solid proficiency in tracking and reporting tools
• Willingness to work in remote project environments
