As a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test at Dialpad, you will own the end-to-end quality for AI agentic features while developing robust automated testing solutions. Collaborate closely with the development team to enhance testability and system stability. Expect to design tools for automated testing and maintain evaluation frameworks for quality metrics in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own test automation for AI-based solutions and workflows
• Develop automated tests across UI, APIs, and services
• Implement CI/CD pipelines with AI quality checks
• Design and build performance/load tests for AI services
• Mentor engineers and enhance AI quality practices
Requirements:
• 6+ years of SDET or software engineering experience
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions
• Familiarity with AI/ML systems and non-deterministic testing
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
