About the Role Our client is seeking a skilled Blockchain Network Engineer to join their growing team in Kimberley . You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, scalability, and performance of our blockchain infrastructure, working closely with development and operations teams. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage blockchain network infrastructure, including nodes and consensus mechanisms.
Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations for scalability and reliability.
Ensure the security and integrity of the blockchain network through robust security measures and protocols.
Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum uptime.
Collaborate with development teams to support the deployment and integration of new features and dApps.




Develop and maintain documentation for network architecture, configurations, and procedures.
Requirements 3+ years of experience in network engineering, with at least 1 year focused on blockchain network infrastructure.
Strong understanding of network protocols, distributed systems, and consensus algorithms.
Experience with setting up and maintaining blockchain nodes (e.g., Ethereum, Bitcoin, Hyperledger).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of network security principles and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment in Kimberley.
