In this role, reporting to the Field Service Manager, you will ensure delivery excellence while supporting clients in their automation goals. Your responsibilities will include managing service orders, coordinating contract negotiations, and providing ongoing lifecycle support. Engage with account managers to identify growth opportunities and maintain high compliance and satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure best practices in managing customer service orders
• Lead coordination of project teams and activities
• Analyze and monitor contract performance regularly




• Prepare contract quotes and adjustments as needed
• Maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction

Requirements:
• Five years of project management experience in industrial controls
• Knowledge of utilities markets and distributed control systems
• Excellent communication skills and team-oriented approach
• Engineering degree or technology diploma required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and ERP systems
