In this role, you will manage a team focused on governance and risk processes, ensuring Inovatec remains audit-ready year-round. By fostering collaboration among key stakeholders, you will maintain alignment with various compliance frameworks while automating monitoring processes. Engaging in hands-on leadership, you'll address complex audits and implement internal control measures.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and maturity of GRC programs
• Drive automation in compliance monitoring and evidence tracking




• Manage internal audits and corrective actions effectively
• Oversee third-party vendor risk management initiatives
• Support AI compliance readiness and tracking processes

Requirements:
• 6–10+ years in governance and compliance sectors
• Experienced with SOC and ISO standards
• Direct team management experience preferred
• Proficient in using GRC platforms for compliance
• Robust analytical and documentation skills
