UHN Digital seeks a skilled Team Lead Application Specialist to drive operational excellence in pharmacy services. You will coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and provide leadership to the Application Support Team, focusing on medication safety and workflow efficiency. Your clinical pharmacy expertise and technical acumen will support critical health information systems and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor application support staff daily
• Evaluate team workflow and ensure compliance




• Facilitate resolution of user escalations effectively
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of supported applications
• Enhance medication order entry processes and workflows

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Pharmacy or equivalent required
• Up to 8 years of relevant experience
• Licensed with Ontario College of Pharmacists, Part A
• Experience in healthcare application implementation
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
