In this role, reporting to the Manager of Engineering & Maintenance, you will be responsible for painting both interior and exterior surfaces while assisting with general maintenance activities. Your work ensures that healthcare facilities are well-maintained and visually appealing for everyone.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare surfaces for painting with proper techniques
• Apply paints, stains, and finishes effectively
• Handle drywall repairs, patching, and finishing
• Maintain all tools and work areas in good condition
• Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed
Requirements:
• Certificate of Qualification as a Painter/Journeyperson
• Valid 404C Trade Certificate required
• Relevant industry experience in painting and maintenance
• Solid attention to detail in all tasks
• Ability to work independently in a healthcare setting
