In this pivotal role, you will report to the Manager, Enterprise AI, collaborating with various departments including R&D; and IT. Your expertise will guide the lifecycle of AI systems that integrate with Clio's internal tools and data, ensuring they are reliable and secure while adhering to best practices. You'll influence usability and adoption through thorough documentation and feedback-driven iterations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop AI-enabled workflows and services
• Implement solutions using LLM APIs and orchestration tools
• Collaborate with Data Engineering on data models
• Ensure solutions are secure, observed, and cost-efficient
• Act as a mentor to elevate engineering quality
Requirements:
• 4+ years in software or AI systems development
• Solid proficiency in Ruby and Python
• Experience with cloud-based services and compliance constraints
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent
• Knowledge of SQL and modern data platforms
