The ideal candidate will play a critical role on the Pre-Construction team, with a focus on detail-oriented and commercially minded practices. You will be responsible for developing exact budgets, coordinating with subcontractors, and performing quantity take-offs. Your contributions will support the thorough planning process that sets our projects apart.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare conceptual budgets and detailed estimates
• Review drawings for scope and risk completeness
• Evaluate and analyze subcontractor quotations




• Price change orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain pricing databases and estimating templates

Requirements:
• 3–5 years estimating experience in residential construction
• Post-secondary diploma in Architectural or Estimating Technology
• Strong knowledge of residential materials and scopes
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with Calgary's residential construction market
