AgeCare is seeking an Executive Director to oversee the overall functioning of a Long-Term Care residence. In this leadership role, you will implement resident-centered care ensuring a safe and meaningful living workplace. You'll coordinate resident admissions, address family concerns, and manage fiscal performance effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct overall residence operations and resident care initiatives
• Implement and maintain resident-centered care programs
• Develop admissions and discharge systems for residents




• Address concerns from residents and families promptly
• Ensure compliance with standards for safety and quality

Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in health or social services
• Minimum 3 years in health or social services management
• Completion or enrollment in a relevant management program
• Experience in long-term care residence administration
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
