As the Manager of After-hours Operations, you’ll report to the Director of Care in Long-term Care, overseeing clinical and non-clinical operations during crucial hours. You will guide staff, manage resources, and tackle urgent clinical issues to deliver a comfortable experience for residents and their families. This is a key role in promoting operational excellence and furthering Kensington’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on staff scheduling and address absences
• Oversee clinical operations and respond to team needs
• Manage emergency codes and facilitate outbreak responses




• Foster a culture of quality, safety, and service excellence
• Participate in committees and forums as required

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in healthcare management roles
• Experience in crisis management and conflict resolution
• Strong knowledge of health regulations and infection control
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
• Health profession certification in valuable standing
