This position is the hub of communication for the team regarding all project deliverables. It requires great attention to detail, excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOn any given day you can expect to:Assist in the development and tracking of integrated project plans alongside Senior Project Managers.Adapt and apply the delivery approach to meet project objectives and client business drivers with ownership of project communications.Prepare submissions for projects.Assist in project estimations, facilitate the development of project deliverables, and maintain processes to manage scope throughout the project lifecycle.Develop timelines with input from relevant departments.Update timelines based on client and/or internal changes, keeping accurate timelines throughout the life of the job.Remind team members of upcoming due dates and alert the key partners shoulddates shiftalong the life cycle of the task.Review weekly estimates v. actuals and submit accurate timesheetsdaily.Coordinate and run weekly statusmeetingand provide day-to-day project status to the team.WHAT YOU WILL NEEDProven project management, time management, organization, and prioritization skillsStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently handle multiple tasksHigh level of language and communication skills as well as an interest in high science1-3 years’ experience within Advertisingor related industryWHO YOU ARECreative: Putting together two things to create a third thing no one’s ever seen beforeProductive: Acting on ideas to make things happen and get stuff doneCollaborative: Focused on the greater good versus personal gainAdaptable: Ready and able to embrace changeWHAT WE HAVE TO OFFERChallenging Work - As leaders in the health advertising industry, we thrive on solving complex problems and innovation.
