We’re seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer.ResponsibilitiesAssist customers with questions and recommendations.Manage sales transactions using the assigned cash register.Maintain the security of cash and protect company assets.Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards.Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful workplace while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable.Perform additional duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred).Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery,
