Position OverviewThe incumbent will work within the Technical Operations department alongside the PRC division, serving as a Licensed PRC MC/PE Technician to support the Product Resource Group. Responsibilities include performing Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and services on all HC Stock units and fleets, and providing technical expertise to various Honda departments while directly dealing with associates on issues and services.ResponsibilitiesPerform Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) on all MC/PE products, advertising units, and BPU units, including gas checks, test rides, washes, and detailing.Install all required accessories.Provide maintenance and repair services on all HC stock units.Survey and terminate HC stock units, maintain service logs, and prepare work orders.Check press fleet units, wash, detail, and ride them to visitors.Hand keys and loan agreements to security and return press units to the PRC compound after use.Travel to support mechanical needs for press, advertising, and marketing events.Deliver finished products to managers, fleet managers, vendors, and associates.Offer mechanical support for QE recalls, port modifications, stop-sales items,



and campaigns.Assist the tech line with buy-back units.QualificationsMinimum High School Diploma; College Diploma preferred.At least 3 years of experience with motorcycles or power equipment.College of Trades motorcycle license.Solid verbal and written communication skills.Prior experience in PDI and service of motorcycles, ATVs, marine, and PE products.Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Capability to develop and maintain good working relationships with all team members, internal and external stakeholders.Team-oriented mindset, sharing results with management and department.Salary & Work LocationThe salary range for this position is $56,107.00–$66,627.00 CAD annually. Individual salaries within this range are determined by factors such as education, experience, knowledge, and skill set.
