Our Ciderhouse retail shop showcases thoughtfully curated goods that reflect our Vancouver Island roots and cidermaking heritage. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a results‑driven retail workplace, has an eye for creating inspiring displays, and loves sourcing products & makers that align with our brand. You are someone who leads by example and is motivated by hitting and exceeding sales targets.In addition, as our retail shop is within our Tasting Room, you are willing and eager to pitch in and help the service team as needed by bussing tables, hosting guests, and serving cider.Key ResponsibilitiesLead by example in delivering a premium, brand‑aligned retail experience while maximizing sales and supporting team successDeliver exceptional, personalized customer serviceDrive retail sales through product knowledge and storytellingCreate and maintain visually compelling displaysSource and build relationships with local vendors and artisansManage inventory, restocking, and product rotationManage all online orders, including packing and shippingLead our Cider Club membership programAssist Sales,
