About the Company Forge Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a highly successful, dynamic law firm located in Downtown Toronto on the search for an experienced Commercial Litigation Law Clerk to join their team.

About the Role Prepare, draft, and file court documents using the e-filing system.

Draft, revise, and proofread legal correspondence and litigation documents.

Coordinate examinations for discovery, including scheduling, issuing notices, and preparing client instruction letters.

Organize and review client materials, identify missing documentation, and prepare Affidavits of Documents.

Assist with undertakings, including tracking, drafting response charts, and coordinating answers.

Support mediation and trial preparation, including drafting briefs, issuing summons, and organizing joint books of documents.

The Offer The firm offers competitive compensation based on experience ranging between $85,000 - $100,000, a comprehensive benefits package including vacation entitlement and discretionary performance-based bonuses,



and a versatile hybrid work model within a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.

What You Bring 7+ years of commercial litigation experience Strong knowledge of civil litigation processes, including familiarity with the Rules of Civil Procedure and court filing procedures.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities independently.

High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in legal and office software, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and practice management systems (with exposure to tools such as Ghost

Practice, ACL, and other e-litigation platforms considered an asset).
