Your New Role
As Vice President, Fund Accounting - Private Assets (Quality Assurance), you will play a critical leadership role in developing and enhancing quality assurance and quality control frameworks across the Private Assets business.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders and operational teams to elevate service quality, strengthen controls, and implement practical solutions to operational challenges.
Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementingprehensive QA/QC frameworks aligned with business objectives.
Establishing quality metrics, KPIs, reporting mechanisms, and monitoring processes.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives across fund accounting operations.
Designing and implementing solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce risks.
Creating standardized workflows, troubleshooting guides, quality control checklists, and escalation protocols.
Conducting root-cause analysis of recurring issues and implementing preventative measures.
Enhancing existing quality standards, procedures, and documentation.
Leading quality-focused projects, training initiatives, and stakeholder engagement efforts.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensurepliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
Providing regular reporting and rmendations to senior leadership.

What You''ll Need to Succeed
To be considered for this position, you will possess: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with a professional accounting designation preferred. 8+ years of fund accounting experience within private equity, private assets, fund administration, or a related financial services environment.
Previous experience leading quality assurance, quality control, process improvement, or operational excellence initiatives.
Strong knowledge of private assets operations and accounting standards including GAAP and IFRS.
Proven ability to identify operational challenges and implement pragmatic, scalable solutions.
Strong project management, organizational, and leadership capabilities.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Advancedmunication and stakeholder management abilities.
High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power
Point.
Experience with FIS Investran would be considered a strong asset.
