Vous coordonnez les travaux sur site, dirigez les quipes et assurez une excution scuritaire, efficace et de qualit.

Vous grez les chanciers, les ressources et les communications tout en offrant une exprience client exceptionnelle.

Au quotidien, vous ajustez les plans en temps rel, veillez au respect des normes (incluant IICRC) et collaborez troitement avec chargs de projets, sous-traitants et clients.

Vous montrez l''exemple, renforcez la scurit et assurez une documentation rigoureuse.

Votre leadership transforme les plans en rsultats - et chaque projet en succs.

Qualifications2 3 ans d''exprience en construction, restauration ou domaine connexe

Bonne connaissance des travaux de reconstruction (eau, vent, moisissures, incendie, vandalisme)Capacit lire plans et devis

Connaissance des codes du btiment (un atout)Exprience en coordination d''quipes et de sous-traitants

Solides comptences en communication et rsolution de problmes

Matrise de Microsoft Office et connaissance de Xactimate

Diplme d''tudes secondaires (postsecondaire, un atout)Permis de conduire valide

Disponibilit pour un horaire de garde

You''re a hands-on leader who thrives in rapid-paced environments.

From first assessment to final walkthrough, you own each project with pride.

You coordinate in office work, lead crews, and ensure safe, efficient, high-quality execution.

You manage schedules, resources, and communication while delivering a strong client experience.

Day to day, you adapt plans in real time, ensure compliance with company and IICRC standards, and collaborate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and clients.

You lead by example, reinforce safety, and maintain accurate documentation.

You turn plans into results-and projects into success.

Qualifications2-3 years of experience in construction, restoration, or related field

Knowledge of reconstruction (water, wind, mold, fire, vandalism)Ability to read plans and scopes

Building code knowledge an asset

Experience coordinating crews and subcontractors

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Microsoft Office and Xactimate knowledge

High school diploma (post-secondary an asset)Valid driver''s license
