Our client is seeking an experienced Family Law Associate to join their growing team.

About the Role The successful candidate will work on a diverse range of Family Law matters, including: Complex family law litigation.

Negotiations, settlements, and dispute resolution.

Mediation and collaborative family law matters.

Financial and parenting disputes.

Drafting agreements, pleadings, motions, and court materials.

Providing strategic legal advice to clients throughout all stages of family law proceedings.

Managing files independently while collaborating with experienced lawyers and support professionals.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling a busy practice, taking ownership of matters, and delivering high-quality legal services to clients.





The Offer Competitive compensation package with a base salary range of approximately $150,000$200,000 , depending on experience and seniority.

What You Bring As an ideal candidate, you possess 3+ years of post-call experience in Family Law and have demonstrated experience independently managing family law matters.

You have strong advocacy, drafting, negotiation, and client management skills, with the ability to provide practical legal advice and effectively represent clients through litigation, mediation, and settlement discussions.

You are a motivated skilled who values collaboration, mentorship, and the opportunity to continue developing a sophisticated family law practice within a solid platform.
