About the Role Our client is seeking a Real Estate Associate with a focus on Commercial Leasing and 13 years of post-call experience to join its growing Real Estate group.

Working closely with experienced partners, you will be involved in a broad range of commercial leasing matters, including advising both landlords and tenants on sophisticated transactions involving office, retail, industrial and mixed-use properties.

Key responsibilities include: Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial leases and related documentation Advising clients on a variety of commercial leasing matters Preparing lease amendments, renewals,



assignments and subleases Conducting legal research and preparing client memoranda Assisting with complex leasing transactions and portfolio management matters Collaborating closely with partners and clients to provide practical, business-focused legal advice The Offer This is an excellent prospect to join one of Toronto''s most respected commercial real estate practices.
