Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years or equivalent experience Tasks Develop specific plans to prioritize Organize tasks to accomplish the work Arrange for maintenance and repair work Train workers in duties and policies Arrange training for staff Conduct performance reviews Co-ordinate, assign and review work Organize and maintain inventory Support for youths Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work workplace for youth Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 40 hours per week
