How you'll make a difference:

- Preparehigh qualityRevit models and engineering drawings formasstimber,steel,masonryand concrete buildings
- Work with architects, interior designers,mechanicaland electrical engineers to create truly integrated and sustainable design solutions
- Opportunity to grow your knowledge by attending site reviews and inspections, as well asreviewthe contractor’s work to ensure compliance with the project drawings and specifications
- Prepare documentsrequiredfor approvals, and construction cost estimates, tenders, and contracts
- Provide design supportto engineers, architects, and other technologists
- Work with other team members to ensure schedules, budgets, and quality control standards are achieved and maintained

Who you are:

- A Diploma inCivilEngineering Technology or Architectural Technology
- 5+yearsof structural modelling experienceworking onmixed-use commercial/residential,schoolandpost-secondary, healthcare, orinstitutional buildingsis preferred
- Knowledge of building codes is an asset
- Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative,



teamoriented, withthe ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines

$75,000 - $90,000 a year
