Serve client families with empathy as a Family Service Counselor in Saskatoon with Dignity Memorial. You will focus on cemetery arrangements and build lasting relationships with families during difficult times.
This role emphasizes generating leads and providing personalized service as an essential revenue generator. You will prospect daily, handle inquiries professionally, and develop solutions that address unique family needs. Your goal is to earn trust and referrals by offering pre-need arrangements and ensuring satisfaction throughout the service process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect for leads a minimum of 1-2 hours daily • Build and maintain community relationships to develop referrals • Present solutions to families with genuine concern • Review previous services to tailor current support • Collaborate with funeral directors and staff for seamless service
Requirements: • 1-2 years of college or equivalent experience • 1-2 years in customer service or sales preferred • Valid driver's license with acceptable record • Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings • Strong empathetic communication skills
