TD Place is seeking a Ticket Operations Coordinator to support ticket allocation, inventory control, resolution, and settlement work for events at TD Place and regional events. This full-time, permanent role offers a hybrid or in office arrangement in Ottawa.
You will set up events in Ticketmaster systems, maintain data integrity, train sales staff, reconcile box office cash, generate reports, and provide exceptional client service to teams like the Ottawa 67’s. Bilingual French/English required.
