CSP is on the hunt for an energetic Youth Basketball Coach who loves working with kids aged 2-10. Make sports enjoyable and foster lasting memories in a fun and cutting-edge environment.
As a coach at CSP, one of the GTA's largest youth sports organizations, you will facilitate young children's development in basketball. Your focus will be on making organized activities enjoyable while teaching essential skills like dribbling and teamwork. Flexibility for evening and weekend availability is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach fundamental basketball concepts to young players
• Design fun and engaging practice sessions
• Introduce scrimmages and game-like scenarios
• Maintain communication with children and parents
• Create a high-energy environment during practices
Requirements:
• Must be passionate about working with children
• Availability for weekday evenings and/or weekends
• Professional attitude and reliable presence
• Strong communications skills for feedback
• Must be physically able to coach actively for 2+ hours
