This full-time position requires strong leadership in clinic administration. You will guide client coordinators and optimize the clinic's operations to ensure an exceptional client experience. Additionally, you will oversee the administration of all MVA and WSIB claims to guarantee optimal financial management across our clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coach client coordinators and team leads
• Ensure client experience meets Axis standards
• Manage MVA & WSIB claim processes thoroughly
• Chase unpaid claims and ensure timely communications




• Document processes for scalability and clarity
Requirements:
• 2+ years in clinic administration or similar field
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with Jane App and claims billing processes an asset
