Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced social media expert to build and manage best-in-class paid social campaigns.

The Paid Social Specialist will plan and deliver campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, Reddit, and Tik

Tok.

This role will help in preparing media recommendations, executing campaigns, and providing key insights and findings within The Home Depot Canadas social media initiatives.

The ideal candidate will participate in the development and implementation of all social media programs and will ensure that plans are in line with strategy, as developed by the Marketing and Planning teams.

Key Responsibilities: Campaign Execution + Management Execute paid social media campaigns across various lines of business Monitor campaign pacing, delivery and performance making real-time optimizations to deliver on business goals Independently troubleshoot set up and delivery errors in ads manager Data Analysis and Insights Analyze data and communicate proposed media recommendations to Marketing team Provide and present weekly, monthly and ad hoc campaign reporting to multiple stakeholders Strategic Planning Work with vendor partners, creative agency, and integrated advertising teams on all facets of social media planning,



buying and reporting Assist in the development of tactical plans for all paid social campaigns targeting multiple sections of the conversion funnel Develop the audience targeting strategy for campaigns using first party and third party signals Ensure the creative, audience and media strategy are aligned with the campaign objective Stay abreast of the latest offerings from all social media platforms (Meta, Pinterest, Reddit, etc), with a strong focus on innovation and testing Competencies: Detail-oriented resulting in flawless execution Robust time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills In-depth knowledge of social platforms and best practices with a strong passion for staying up on current events, social and content marketing trends Team player, able to work collaboratively cross-department and communicate with management Naturally curious and action-oriented with an inclination to problem solve and uncover meaning Skills: Seen as a subject matter expert by their peers Exceptional knowledge of native Meta and Pinterest advertising platforms Strong knowledge of audience targeting capabilities across Meta, Pinterest, Reddit and Tik

Tok Experience with product feed implementation, maintenance, and management Able to organize and present data that explains a cause and effect relationship that the organization can learn from and that can be used for further program optimization Direct Manager/Direct Reports: Reports to Manager, Paid Social: Sadie Jonker Travel Requirements: N/A Minimum Education: Bachelor in media or advertising preferred but not essential Minimum Years of Work Experience: 1+ years experience in social media strategy and paid media execution Minimum Leadership Experience: N/A Certifications: Meta Blueprint desired Other Requirements/Assets: French language is an asset Retail industry experience is an asset On site/ in office Monday through Friday 1 Concorde Gate, North York The pay range for this position is between $55,100.00 - $62,000.00
