About the Company Forge Recruitment is currently looking for a Litigation Legal Assistant for a mid-sized Toronto law firm.
Your Responsibilities Preparing shells for court materials, including pleadings, affidavits, and motion materials Managing and saving high-volume email correspondence and documents to file Coordinating scheduling, including canvassing multiple counsel for availability Court filings in various jurisdictions Assisting with service and scheduling correspondence with co-counsel and experts (non-substantive communication) Maintaining organized and up-to-date file records Monitoring deadlines and limitation periods The Offer A competitive salary commensurate with experience, ranging between $65,000 - $75,000 Extended health and dental coverage A matching RRSP program Hybrid working environment and flexible hours What You Bring 2+ years experience Litigation LAA experience.
