The environment is fast‑paced and growth‑oriented – ideal for individuals who like to take charge and build on current successes.ResponsibilitiesEnsure optimal quality on the job site.Collaborate with the project management team to develop, maintain, and drive the construction schedule, ensuring project milestones and completion dates are met.Manage, schedule, and supervise sub‑trades and field employees to ensure work is planned and performed efficiently while delivering excellent service and a top‑notch finished product.Demonstrate leadership and ensure projects are built according to approved construction plans, specifications, design drawings, and applicable codes, maintaining high‑quality standards.Maintain a thorough daily report that accurately tracks site progress, events, inspections,



and other relevant information.Potentially supervise multiple projects simultaneously.QualificationsMinimum of 7 years’ Site Supervisory experience in retail or commercial construction.Base building experience is a significant asset.Expertise in reading blueprints.Experience with interior fit‑ups as well as recent commercial building construction.Highly developed problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.Hands‑on working knowledge of Building Codes.Excellent communication skills with strong listening ability.Ability to motivate and manage construction workers effectively.Safety‑oriented with a thorough understanding of all requirements and regulations.Schedule‑oriented focus on delivering quality finished products on‑time and on‑budget.Up‑to‑date safety certifications in WHMIS, CSA Supervisors Training, Safety Awareness, First Aid, Working at Heights, and Elevated Work Platform.Carpentry skills and use of small tools are a definite asset.Valid Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain one).Expectation and ability to travel locally and nationally when required.Experience using the construction software Procore is a significant asset.What Terlin Has to OfferTerlin offers employees the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects alongside dynamic, dedicated, and talented teams with a robust drive for success.
